2025 Honda CR-V
The 2025 Honda CR-V is a compact SUV crossover that has it all. Its tough yet sleek design, long wheelbase, and wide stance mix style and function. You can get it with front or all-wheel drive to fit all driving needs. This SUV is an excellent choice because it equally tackles city roads and rough trails.
Trim Levels
The CR-V comes in six distinct trims. The LX is the basic model, with LED lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a shark fin antenna. The EX adds a power moonroof and heated side mirrors. On the EX-L, you get chrome door handles and wipers that automatically turn on when it rains. The Sport Hybrid looks sporty with black alloy wheels and gloss-black roof rails. The Sport-L Hybrid has a power tailgate you can open hands-free. The top model, Sport Touring Hybrid, has 19-inch black gloss wheels and sporty touches. You can pick from many colors for each trim.
Engine
The CR-V has two engine options. The standard one is a 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder that generates 190 horsepower. If you want to save gas, there's a hybrid that produces 204 horsepower and uses both gas and electric power to work efficiently. All trims have Real Time AWD with Intelligent Control System, which helps the car grip the road superbly in different conditions, including inclement weather. These engines allow the CR-V to handle all driving situations, from going to work to taking weekend trips.
Performance
Gas models go up to 28 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway with front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive models go slightly less: 26 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway. Hybrid models are best at saving gas, going up to 40 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. Sport mode in hybrids makes the car react faster when you press the gas. In the winter, snow mode helps the car drive better in bad weather. All CR-Vs have an automatic transmission, which makes the car run smoothly.
Interior
Inside the CR-V, there's lots of room. After folding down the back seats, you can fit up to 76.5 cubic feet of items. Higher-end models sport leather seats. The car's computer system, which has a seven- or nine-inch screen you can touch, works with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto without wires. An excellent Bose sound system is exclusive to the Sport Touring Hybrid. EX trims and up have heated front seats, and higher-level models have a heated steering wheel. CR-Vs have a spot to charge your phone wirelessly.
Safety Features
The CR-V is built to be safe. All models have Honda Sensing, which includes systems that help stop crashes, keep you in your lane, control your speed based on other cars, and read road signs. Higher trim levels have more safety features, such as one that tells you when cars are in your blind spots. All CR-Vs have a camera that shows you what's behind the car when you back up, and higher models have sensors to help you park.
