A: Yes, our service department is open. We are taking this crisis seriously and are taking extra steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We are sanitizing vehicles and the customer lounge regularly. In addition, we are following the social distancing guidance from the CDC.
A: Our service hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday.
A: Yes, when you arrive at the store there is a designated area and phone number (573-442-3107) to call to initiate your curbside service check-in.
A: We offer a variety of transportation options to meet your needs. We have loaner cars available and we are also offering pick-up and delivery service. Our customer lounge remains open and we are sanitizing it regularly. Outdoor seating is being provided where possible. We have picnic table in front as well as outdoor seating areas to enjoy the nice weather. For more details on the availability of these options, please call 573-442-3107.
A: Yes, when you call to schedule your appointment ask for the pick up and delivery option. We will come to your home or business to pick up your vehicle and delivery it back to you upon completion of the service. There is no additional cost for this option.
A: Technicians are required to change gloves after servicing each vehicle, use protective materials on seats and steering wheels, and sanitize your vehicle with a disinfectant spray after the completion of service.
A: We are cleaning and disinfecting all customer touch points on a regular basis. As each chair gets sanitized, we place a "Recently Sanitized" card in the chair to help customers know which chairs have been recently disinfected.
