The mid-size sedan class has a ton of options, but very few can match up to the 2025 Honda Accord. The new Accord offers gas and hybrid powertrains and is packed with high-end features and technology.
Efficient Powertrain Options
Honda offers the 2025 Accord with either a gas or hybrid powertrain. Gas-only models have a 1.5L turbo-four engine that makes 192 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque. A CVT comes as standard, along with front-wheel drive. Fuel economy for the gas models is 32 mpg combined (29 city/37 highway).
The hybrid models combine a 2.0L four-cylinder engine with two electric motors. This pair pushes out a total of 204 horsepower. An eCVT comes standard with four drive modes: Normal, ECON, Sport, and Individual. The hybrid Accord returns an average of 44 miles per gallon (46 city/41 highway), and up to 48 mpg combined in the EX-L Hybrid trim.
Spacious Interior
The Accord has 42.3 inches of legroom up front and 40.8 inches in the back, which is more than what most sedans in its class offer. Cargo volume comes in at 16.7 cubic feet. The front center console’s bin has plenty of space to stash everyday items. You also get front and rear beverage holders, side door pockets, and a seatback pocket on the passenger’s side.
Premium Comfort Features
The base LX has a cloth interior, automatic climate control, push-button ignition, a four-speaker audio system, and three charging ports. All other models add heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a 10-way power driver’s seat.
All hybrid models except the entry-level Sport Hybrid get leather-trimmed seats. Heated rear seats, a heated steering wheel, a wireless charger, and a power moonroof are all available.
Intuitive Technology
The base infotainment system is a 7-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A customizable 10.2-inch instrument cluster is also standard. Hybrid models are equipped with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display with extras like HD Radio and built-in Alexa. The top-spec Touring Hybrid trim adds a head-up display and a 12-speaker Bose sound system.
Advanced Driver Assistance Features
All Accord models come with Honda Sensing. It has features like adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, forward collision warning, and collision mitigation braking. Blind spot warning and parking sensors are optional.
